Descripción

Con las moldura brida panel se puede montar cualquier panel (preferiblemente de metacrilato, PET-G o policarbonato) en un marco de perfil cerrado ya existente. A parte de los cortes a medida, no es necesario realizar otros mecanizados en el panel ni en las molduras brida.
Panel-Clamping Strips consist of two components. The first of these, an aluminium strip (0.0.615.01), locates into the profile groove and holds the panel element in place. A second strip, of flexible plastic, is then used to secure both the panel element and the aluminium strip in the groove. If necessary, the plastic strip can be levered out in order to remove the panel element from the frame.
The Panel-Clamping Strips 6 secure the panel element so that there is an offset of 1.6 mm to the outer edge of the profile. This produces a smooth outer wall for protective enclosures and helps reduce turbulence caused by air flows.
The choice of Panel-Clamping Strip depends on the thickness of the panel element (s) and the particular Line:

Indicaciones de montaje

When an Automatic-Fastening Set is installed at the end of a profile, Panel-Clamping Strip 6 Al and Panel-Clamping Strip 6 made of plastic both need to have 35 mm trimmed from them so they can be fitted into the Line 6 groove.
