Données techniques

Les produits item sont basés sur différentes dimensions modulaires et les rainures correspondantes.Les profilés des lignes 5, 6, 8, 10 et 12 nécessitent respectivement des fixations de dimension adéquate.Les profilés de la ligne X utilisent la rainure modulaire 8 mais disposent d’une surface particulièrement plane dotéede rayons de courbures minimaux conçus pour la construction de structures étanches.
Les composants munis de ce symbole répondent aux critères d’IEC 61340-5-1 et conviennent donc à l’utilisation dans les EPA (zones à protection électrostatique).Si les autres spécifications de cette norme sont respectées, ces produits vous permettent de créer un environnement sûr pour la manipulation de composants électroniques.

Description

L’écrou item 8 St M6, lourd, zingué est un élément de fixation universel doté d’un taraudage M6.
L’écrou de type lourd en acier zingué est plus large qu’un écrou standard. On l’insère dans la rainure de profilé 8 sur la face frontale, et il est maintenu en place par la bille à ressort.
Pour une même dimension de taraudage, il existe des écrous de différentes propriétés pour cette ligne de produits.

Note : Au moment de choisir la variante retenue, pensez à tenir compte de la capacité de charge de l’ensemble que forment l’écrou, le flanc de rainure et la vis.
Les écrous avec dispositif antirotation présentent un profil central qui dépasse dans l’ouverture de la rainure. Les écrous sont ainsi positionnés automatiquement le long de la rainure.
