Les composants munis de ce symbole répondent aux critères d’IEC 61340-5-1 et conviennent donc à l’utilisation dans les EPA (zones à protection électrostatique).Si les autres spécifications de cette norme sont respectées, ces produits vous permettent de créer un environnement sûr pour la manipulation de composants électroniques.

Description

Les bandes transporteuses PUR ESD avec accumulation disposent d’une surface particulièrement solide à frottement statique réduit. Les bandes transporteuses noires conviennent à l’accumulation des produits sur les convoyeurs à courroie et sont également à sécurité ESD. On empêche ainsi des dommages provoqués par les charges électrostatiques dues au frottement.
La bande transporteuse jonctionnée sans fin est fournie à la longueur demandée.
La sécurité ESD des bandes transporteuses est testée et contrôlée selon DIN EN 61340.
Les bandes transporteuse PUR ESD existent en différentes largeurs. Au moment de la commande, veillez à spécifier des dimensions identiques pour la bande transporteuse, la poulie d’entraînement et la poulie de renvoi. Afin d’obtenir un fonctionnement fiable et sans friction, une certaine précontrainte est nécessaire.
Astuce : Utilisez item Engineeringtool pour construire un convoyeur à courroie dans les meilleurs délais avec tous les détails.
Les bandes transporteuses PUR existent en huit largeurs. Au moment de la commande, veillez à spécifier des dimensions identiques pour la bande transporteuse, la poulie d’entraînement et la poulie de renvoi.
La circonférence des bandes transporteuses est calculée à l’aide de cette formule.
