Popis

Profile 8 80x80 8NO light is a universal construction profile made of high-quality anodized aluminium in the modular dimension of Line 8.
This weight-reduced aluminium profile in the light design variant from item features eight closed Line 8 profile grooves that are especially easy to open up. This aluminium profile can be used to build frames that have easy-to-clean unbroken outer surfaces.
The profiles in Line 8 are available in standard, light and economy (E) design variants. Due to additional cavities, a Profile 8 80x80 light weighs around 26 percent less than a Profile 8 80x80 in the same length. A Profile 8 80x80 E weighs approximately 44 percent less. Please note the additional screw channel in the central cavity of Profile 8 80x80 E.
The area moments of inertia against profile deflection and the maximum groove load-bearing capacity of the selected profile must be given due consideration in respect of the loads involved.
Profily řady 8 item jsou k dispozici s uzavřenými drážkami v různých uspořádáních. Stěnu profilu lze částečně nebo zcela otevřít, aby bylo možné použít drážku pod ním. Varianta provedení NO naznačuje, že uzavřené drážky se díky dvěma zářezům na spodní straně vnějšího povrchu obzvláště snadno otevírají.
Sada pro automatické upevnění 8 NO (0.0.489.96) je ideální pro spojování profilů. Vyžaduje pouze minimální otvor v drážce a dodává se s vlastní krytkou.

Montážní pokyny

Odhalení drážky: Začátek a konec otvoru je vhodné označit otvorem o průměru 9,2 mm.
Kryty drážek lze snadno odstranit páčením pomocí šroubováku.
Okraje otvoru je vhodné odjehlit.
Do profilové drážky lze pak otvorem vložit například matice pro T-drážku.
