Popis

Automatická spojovací sada 8 S 40 leskle pozinkovaná od společnosti item spojuje dva profily řady 8 v pravém úhlu a vytváří tak spoj, který je zvláště odolný proti posunutí, zkroucení a ohybu. Matice s T-drážkou se dvěma závity usnadňuje montáž dvou automatických spojek v modulárním rozměru 40 mm.
Pro urychlení montáže se kompaktní automatické spojky 8 S šroubují do drážky s již namontovanými šrouby. Díky tomuto šroubu se závitem lze spojku ihned utáhnout. To také usnadňuje použití spojku u profilů s uzavřenou drážkou.
Neztratitelný šroub usnadňuje montáž sady pro automatické upevnění 8 S. Šroub se dodává již namontovaný na místě. To znamená, že automatickou spojku lze okamžitě zasunout do drážky řady 8.
Závit automatické spojky 8 S je kónický a má optimalizovaný počet závitů a tvar. Díky patentovanému závitu vykazuje tato spojka obzvláště vysokou odolnost vůči axiálním silám, přestože potřebný zaváděcí moment je stejný jako u automatické spojky 8.
Automatické spojovací prvky by se obecně měly používat ve dvojicích. Pro urychlení montážních prací jsou k dispozici také sady, které obsahují dvě automatické spojky 8 S a jednu matici s T-drážkou se dvěma závity. Matice s T-drážkou F, která má dva závity a závrtný šroub, rovněž zajišťuje spolehlivé předsazení upevňovacích prvků a vytváří profilové spojení bezpečné z hlediska elektrostatického výboje.
Automatické spojovací sady umožňují kdykoli dodatečně namontovat profily na konstrukci a přemístit je.
