item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves.Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners.The profiles in Line X feature a Line 8 system groove but have a particularly flat surface withminimum curve radii that make them ideal for building sealed constructions.

Description

Joining Plate Set 8 40 120 provides added rigidity for a profile connection in a frame and can connect up to three Line 8 profiles. The robust steel plate is fitted to the profiles’ Line 8 grooves from the outside.
Thanks to its support span, this flat-bracket joining plate can be used as an additional means of compensating for moment loads at connection points on transport trolleys, racks and machine bases.
Joining Plate Set 8 40 120 can also be used to connect together profiles that run in parallel with each other. This enables you to couple together machine modules or reinforce profiles that are under particular strain.
item Joining Plates reinforce profile frames and enhance the rigidity of frame constructions. Thanks to their economical use of materials, they are ideal for lightweight construction and retrofitting to pre-existing systems.
Joining Plates are attached from the outside to reinforce existing connections, do not require any additional machining and are screwed to Line 8 grooves. Countersunk holes result in a flat surface, with no risk of injury from protruding screw heads.
