Données techniques

Les produits item sont basés sur différentes dimensions modulaires et les rainures correspondantes.Les profilés des lignes 5, 6, 8, 10 et 12 nécessitent respectivement des fixations de dimension adéquate.Les profilés de la ligne X utilisent la rainure modulaire 8 mais disposent d’une surface particulièrement plane dotéede rayons de courbures minimaux conçus pour la construction de structures étanches.
Les composants munis de ce symbole répondent aux critères d’IEC 61340-5-1 et conviennent donc à l’utilisation dans les EPA (zones à protection électrostatique).Si les autres spécifications de cette norme sont respectées, ces produits vous permettent de créer un environnement sûr pour la manipulation de composants électroniques.
Toutes les matières sont enregistrées sous la réglementation européenne REACH.La réglementation REACH (« Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals ») assureque les utilisateurs disposent d’informations exactes concernant le type et les propriétés des matériaux,des lubrifiants, etc., avec lesquels ils risquent d’entrer en contact.
Les composants conformes RoHS ne contiennent pas de matières dangereuses, telles que le plomb ou le cadmium.La directive CE 2002/95/CE (RoHS 1) limite l’utilisation de certaines substances dans les appareils et composants électroniques.Y compris les piles etc.

Description

Les profilés en U ont deux applications différentes : Lorsque la face fermée est tournée vers l’extérieur, ils servent de profilés cache pour empêcher la saleté de rentrer dans la rainure. Lorsque la face ouverte est tournée vers l’extérieur, ils servent de joints de remplissage double lèvre pour les remplissages. Ces derniers sont maintenus solidement et sans bouger dans la rainure du profilé.
Le profilé en U 5 ESD et le profilé en U 6 ESD sont composés de matière plastique à capacité de décharge électrostatique (résistivité de surface <106 Ω). Ils conviennent donc aux constructions à protection ESD. Dans la boutique item en ligne, vous trouverez des remplissages à capacité de décharge électrostatique adaptés.
Note : Il existe des profilés en U pour toutes les lignes de produits. Attention à l’épaisseur maximale selon la dimension de la rainure.
