Dane techniczne

Produkty firmy item tworzone są z modułów o różnych wymiarach, które łączą się za pomocą systemu rowków. Profile 5, 6, 8, 10 i 12 wymagają łączników w odpowiednim rozmiarze. Profile X mają system rowków znany z profili 8. Odznaczają się jednak płaską powierzchnią i minimalnym promieniem łuku. Dzięki temu doskonale nadają się do tworzenia szczelnie zamkniętych konstrukcji.
Podzespoły te są chronione przed wyładowaniami elektrostatycznymi. Wyładowania elektrostatyczne mogą uszkodzić podzespoły elektryczne. Podzespoły w wykonaniu antyelektrostatycznym bezpiecznie rozpraszają różnice potencjałów.
Wszystkie substancje są zarejestrowane zgodnie z rozporządzeniem REACH. Rozporządzenie REACH (ang. Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals, rejestracja, ocena udzielanie zezwoleń i stosowanie ograniczeń w zakresie chemikaliów) pozwala zapewnić, że użytkownicy będą dysponowali dokładnymi informacjami na temat typu i właściwości materiałów eksploatacyjnych, środków smarnych itd., z którymi mogą mieć styczność.
Podzespoły zgodne z unijną dyrektywą RoHS (ang. Restriction of Hazardous Substances, ograniczenie stosowania niebezpiecznych substancji) nie zawierają jakichkolwiek substancji niebezpiecznych, takich jak ołów czy kadm. Dyrektywa 2002/95/WE Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (RoHS 1) ogranicza używanie określonych substancji w urządzeniach i podzespołach elektronicznych. Obejmuje to akumulatory itd.

Opis

Profil z elastycznego materiału sztucznego o dwóch różnych zastosowaniach: jako profil maskujący zamyka rowki profilu, uniemożliwiając dostęp zanieczyszczeniom.
Otwartą na zewnątrz stroną służy natomiast jako profil obejmujący dla elementów powierzchniowych, które w ten sposób są pewnie mocowane bezpośrednio w szerokim rowku profilu.
Profil maskująco-obejmujący 8 ESD posiada właściwości odprowadzające ładunki elektrostatyczne (opór powierzchni <106 Ω). Zapobiega to naładowaniu elektrostatycznemu materiału.
