Die item-Produkte basieren auf unterschiedlichen Rastermaßen und den sich daraus ergebenen Systemnuten.Profile der Baureihe 5, 6, 8, 10 und 12 benötigen jeweils passend dimensionierte Verbinder.Profile der Baureihe X verwenden die Systemnut 8, besitzen aber eine besonders plane Oberfläche mitminimalen Kurvenradien zum Bau dichter Konstruktionen.
Alle Stoffe sind gemäß der europaweiten REACH-Verordnung registriert.REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) stellt sicher,dass Benutzer genaue Informationen über Art und Eigenschaften von Betriebsstoffen,Schmiermitteln etc. erhalten, mit denen sie in Kontakt kommen können.

Beschreibung

Zum Antrieb einer KLE wird am Zahnriemenantrieb der zugehörige Antriebssatz angebracht. Dieser besteht aus je einer Kupplungshälfte zum Anschluss an die Riemenscheibe und an die Antriebswelle, einem Kupplungsgehäuse mit Adapterplatte zur Verbindung des Antriebs mit dem Gehäuse des Zahnriemenantriebs sowie Zentrierungen und Befestigungsmaterial.
Die vorbereitete Kupplungshälfte wird mit der Nabe der Riemenscheibe formschlüssig zusammengefügt und verschraubt. Der elastische Kupplungszahnkranz überträgt das Antriebsmoment spielfrei.
Die motorseitige Anbindung ist individuell auf den auszuwählenden Motor anzupassen. Dazu müssen die entsprechenden Bauteile bearbeitet werden:
- Die universelle Kupplungshälfte kann für Motorwellen aufgebohrt werden. Bearbeitungen mit Passfedernut o. Ä. sind möglich.
- Die Adapterplatte kann zur Befestigung am Motorschild passend bearbeitet werden. Dadurch wird der Einsatz nahezu beliebiger Motoren zum Antrieb einer KLE möglich.
Zwischen den Gehäusebauteilen sind stets die mitgelieferten Zentrierungen zu verwenden, um Fluchtungsfehler beim Zusammenbau zu vermeiden.
Bei der Motorauslegung sind die zulässigen Antriebsmomente der Zahnriemenantriebe wie der Kupplung zu beachten. Zur Erhöhung der Steifigkeit der Antriebsanbindung kann es erforderlich sein, den Motor zusätzlich durch eine Strebenkonstruktion abzustützen.
