Descrizione
Grazie alla loro struttura ed al materiale utilizzato, le ruote della Serie D125 pesante sono in grado di sopportare carichi particolarmente elevati. Il carico ammesso per una ruota della Serie D125 pesante è 4500 N.
Insensibili agli agenti esterni
Per migliorarne le caratteristiche di scorrimento, le ruote portanti in ghisa sono dotate di cuscinetti a sfera a tenuta stagna e rivestite con poliuretano colato. Quest’ultimo è resistente a diverse sostanze chimiche, alla screpolatura ed al taglio.
Diverse varianti
La Serie di ruote D125 pesante è composta dalle varianti ruota orientabile, ruota orientabile con doppio bloccag-gio (freno per la ruota e per l’asse di rotazione) e ruota direzionale.
Piastre di adattamento ad applicazione universale
Le piastre di adattamento per ruote sono dotate dei fori passanti necessari nelle misure modulari dei profilati delle Serie 8 e 12. Includono inoltre quattro filetti di fissaggio M10 per le piastre delle ruote con fori nelle misure stabilite dalla norma DIN 8458 - dimensioni 3.

Per fissare la piastra delle ruote, avvitare 4 viti M10x20 negli appositi filetti.
Il fissaggio delle piastre di adattamento per ruote avviene avvitando le viti a testa cilindrica accluse nel foro centrale o nella scanalatura del profilato mediante tasselli scorrevoli della serie corrispondente.
