I prodotti item si basano su varie dimensioni modulari e sulle loro scanalature di sistema associate.I profili delle linee 5, 6, 8, 10 e 12 richiedono elementi di fissaggio di dimensioni adeguate.I profili della linea X presentano la scanalatura di sistema della linea 8 ma hanno una superficie particolarmente piana conraggi di curvatura minimi che li rendono ideali per realizzazione di costruzioni sigillate.
Questi componenti sono protetti dalle scariche elettrostatiche. Le scariche elettrostatiche potrebbero danneggiare i componenti elettrici. I componenti protetti dalle scariche elettrostatiche dissipano in sicurezza le differenze di potenziale.

Descrizione

I profilati di copertura e intelaiatura hanno due diverse applicazioni: utilizzati come profilati di copertura, ossia con il lato chiuso rivolto verso l’esterno, impediscono l’accumulo di sporcizia all’interno della scanalatura. Utilizzati con il lato aperto verso l’esterno, invece, fungono da profilati di intelaiatura per gli elementi piani, che vengono trattenuti saldamente e a prova di vibrazioni nella scanalatura del profilato.
Il profilato di copertura e intelaiatura 5 ESD e il profilato di copertura e intelaiatura 6 ESD sono realizzati in plastica antistatica (resistenza superficiale <106 Ω), pertanto, sono particolarmente indicati per le strutture che devono essere protette dalle scariche elettrostatiche. Nel Catalogo online item trovate gli elementi piani antistatici idonei.
Nota: i profilati di copertura e intelaiatura sono disponibili per tutte le serie. Attenzione allo spessore massimo del materiale per ciascuna dimensione della scanalatura.

L’impiego dei profilati di copertura ed intelaiatura colorati consente di realizzare strutture colorate coprendo allo stesso tempo le scanalature dei profilati.

I profilati di copertura grigi chiudono le scanalature dei profilati e sono di colore simile all’alluminio.

Nelle scanalature è possibile inserire cavi elettrici, che risultano così protetti ed invisibili.

Istruzioni di montaggio

Con il lato chiuso verso l’alto, il profilato di copertura e intelaiatura protegge la scanalatura dalla sporcizia.
