Popis

K pohonné jednotce je připojena příslušná hnací sada pro pohon KLE. Tato hnací sada se skládá z půlspojky pro připojení k řemenici, půlspojky pro připojení k hřídeli motoru, skříně spojky s adaptační deskou pro připojení motoru ke skříni pohonné jednotky, středicího dílu a spojovacího materiálu.
Připravená půlspojka a náboj řemenice jsou mechanicky spojeny a sešroubovány. Pružná vložka spojky přenáší hnací moment bez vůle.
Hnací sada je navržena tak, aby bylo možné rozhraní snadno opracovat podle připojeného motoru:
- Univerzální otvor pro půlspojku se snadno opracuje tak, aby do něj zapadly hřídele motoru. V případě potřeby lze přidat paralelní drážky nebo podobné prvky.
- Adaptační desku lze opracovat tak, aby vyhovovala desce motoru. Proto lze pro pohon KLE použít prakticky jakýkoli motor.
Dodávaný středicí prvek musí být vždy nasazen mezi díly skříně, aby se zabránilo nesprávnému vyrovnání během montáže.
Při specifikaci motoru je třeba zohlednit přípustné hnací momenty pohonných jednotek a spojky. Pro zvýšení tuhosti připojení pohonu může být nutné použít k podepření motoru profilovou konstrukci.
