This workstation is ideal for variable flow production in manual assembly. With one-piece flow, workpiece carriers are transferred serially from one station to the next. The roller conveyor in the work area enables processing and transfer without having to remove the workpiece from the carrier. Several processing stations can be positioned next to each other or flexibly interlinked with transport lines.
Materials are provided from the rear via an integrated FIFO rack. The provision of tools and information can be easily adapted.
